My art is a reflection of how I interpret nature.   I have always enjoyed being outdoors, walking, exploring or just quietly appreciating my surroundings.  Most of my work is based off photo's taken from my point of view or friends and family.  The challenge is how to create an expressionist piece of paper which captures my connection to the photo or the place.   Each piece is a construct of layers of dyed pulp, poured, dried, cut or torn collage together to make a landscape.
